These terms apply to anyone browsing this website or submitting a request through it. They do not constitute a service contract — a service contract is only formed once WEAREAHM confirms a specific request in writing.

WEAREAHM arranges lifestyle management, travel, chauffeur, private aviation, yacht charter and accommodation services on behalf of clients, sourced from independent third-party operators. WEAREAHM does not itself operate vehicles, aircraft, vessels or properties. We select our partners carefully, but each service is ultimately provided under that operator's own terms and conditions, which we will share with you before confirming a booking.

Submitting a request through the website, WhatsApp or email is an enquiry, not a binding reservation. A booking is only confirmed once WEAREAHM sends you written confirmation, at which point specific pricing and terms for that service will apply.

Pricing is not published on this website and is communicated individually for each confirmed request.

The content, design, photography and the WEAREAHM name and mark on this site are the property of WEAREAHM or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or fraudulent requests.

Links to Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp or other third-party services are provided for convenience; WEAREAHM does not control and is not responsible for their content or availability.
